Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media to assist with product inquiries, order placement, and after-sales support.
• Provide personalized fashion advice and styling tips to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Process online orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines, including new arrivals and special promotions.
• Assist with the creation and management of customer profiles to provide tailored shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in virtual events and pop-up shops to drive sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
